Lee Bottom Flying Field

The quaint one room log camping guest cabin is located 300 feet from the runway. Most guests enjoy just getting away from it all for a night and find the peacefulness of a starry night to be serene and rejuvenating. You'll awaken to birds chirping at your window in the morning or possibly the buzz created by an airplane as it flies overhead to warn us of its arrival or just to say hello.

The small but adequate cabin is furnished with a full size bed, dresser, small table and chairs, desk, lounge chair and is decorated in an aviation theme. There is a small coffee maker in the cabin as well as instant hot chocolate and tea bags.

For those with advance reservations, a breakfast basket is included with fresh fruit, pastries, and juice. If we know ahead of time, we can arrange for fire wood to be available in the fire pit and transportation into town for dinner (or we can also recommend nearby airports with restaurants).

          * Bedding and towels will be provided
          * NO air conditioner, TV, phone, or radio but electricity is available
          * Max 2 adults & they should like each other very well
