2011 DONATION RATES:  $50 per night
Upon sending us a reservation request, we will send you an invoice via email for payment. Payments not received within 48 hours will be considered cancelled.
 
SEPTEMBER FLY-IN: $300 AND INCLUDES:

Wake up to the roar of aircraft engines in the morning. . . 3 nights (Fri, Sat, Sun), 2 admission tickets, 2 tickets to Friday night dinner, 2 tickets to Saturday night dinner .

CANCELLATION
Due to the nature and additional work required to provide a cabin for your convenience and pleasure at the airport, prepayment is required to reserve the cabin for a specific day.   Reservation cancellations require 10 DAYS NOTICE.   Those who don't meet the 10 day cancellation notice deadline will be charged the entire fee unless we are able to rebook.   We realize that weather can be a factor in your trip. We want you to be safe above all. But, we hope you realize that if you are planning to visit us, we make every effort to make your stay enjoyable which includes scheduling and preparations on our end prior to your arrival. Although we can NOT make refunds for weather related factors, we will consider your pre-payment a donation to the airport operation fund.
