FOOD AVAILABILITY WILL BE AS FOLLOWS
A new vendor will be supplying ALL the food this year.
Expect food to be sold from
Friday Lunch until Sunday breakfast
For Any other meals you are on your own for food and should plan
accordingly.
BREAKFAST MENU:
Breakfast sandwiches, country ham biscuits, muffins, fruit bowls,
coffee, OJ, milk
LUNCH & DINNER MENU:
Sandwiches
Cheeseburger, pork chop, hot dog, bratwurst, chicken breast fillet,
pulled pork BBQ, Veggie burger, Beef Brisket
Sides
Fries, red skin potatoe salad, slaw, macaron salad, baked beans,
side salad, chips,
Also, assorted dessert items and drinks
Friday and Saturday night dinner specials (in addition to regular
menu):
Grilled salmon, tossed spring mix salad, grilled corn on the cob,
country style green beans, assorted rolls and a drink $15
Ribe eye steak, spinach salad with strawberries - feta cheese and
walnuts, mashed potatoes, grilled mixed veggies, assorted rolls and
a drink $15
Wine and Beer Bar opens at 6PM on Friday and Saturday nights
The vendor will be set-up to sell food tickets in a separate tent during limited times for those that need to use a credit card to purchase food. This is being done separately to keep the food line moving as quickly as possible. Cash is still preferred.
We think this new arrangement is great and should make it nicer for
everyone. The vendor is not charged anything to set-up in
order to keep your costs minimized. Advance tickets are not
required for the evening meals this year which means you can attend
if the weather is good for you. And, it relieves us of a huge
burden of coordinating all the food services. So, please
support them! Without this arrangement, the fly in could not
continue.
