Meals

We use caterers, restaurants, and service groups to provide meals to those of you arriving early and staying later.

 

This has worked out great but requires a little more accurate planning as some require us to provide guarantee amounts.   Therefore, we need you to RSVP for meals that are not on the fly-in day itself.  

 

This currently includes FRIDAY and SATURDAY DINNERS. 

 

Shuttles

In order to be sure that we have enough  seats available to transport individuals from the airport and motels, we need you to RSVP for this service.  The shuttles only run once a day from/to the airport. [See the schedule for these timeframes]
