PLEASE KEEP IN MIND THAT THIS IS AN EVENT WEEKEND FOR THE AREA . . .   THE ART FESTIVAL USUALLY BOOKS ALL OF THE HOTEL ROOMS IN TOWN SO THEY ARE AT A PREMIUM BOTH IN PRICE AND IN AVAILABILITY . . .  WE TRIED OUR BEST TO FIND BLOCKS OF ROOMS AND ARE ALREADY USING nearly 8 TIMES THE NUMBER OF ROOMS THAT WE USED IN 2006.

   They only have a couple smoking rooms available for Friday night

   and nothing for Saturday night. 

   If needing to cancel, you must call by 10AM on Thursday morning.

   They will give us a 10% discount.  Depending on number of  people in room, these

   will be $99+ tax to $112+tax.  Need to specify that you would like to get the

   "Lee Bottom Flying Field" rate that Glenda quoted.

   These rooms are being remodeled and should be pretty nice.

 

Holiday Inn Express

    (812) 265-1111  (they are within walking distance of Enterprise Rental Car)

    Rooms are running $140+tax and up

    As of 9/17 in the AM, there were 3 rooms available at different price ranges

 

Hampton Inn (20 miles away)

Call (812) 752-1999  M-TH from 7AM - 3PM ESDT and ask to talk with Kathy

The price is $79/night + tax

Highly recommended if you have a car . . .

(As of 8/29)  It looks like we will be able to run a shuttle to this location for those flying in.  This is something special being added to accommodate the demand.

This year, we are excited to be working with an Inn that has as much ambiance, beauty, scenery, and history as our little airport.   If we had an Inn at Lee Bottom, it would be just like this  . . . the rooms have a rustic lodge feel with a modernized flair.
