6:30PM Early Arriver Dinner - everyone welcome

Menu: Pig Roast, Grilled Citrus Chicken, and fixings

by Kingley's Meat, Deli, and Catering

7:00PM General Admission closes

9:00PM Shuttle to motel from airport

to reserve your spot on the shuttle bus

There will also be a bon fire, possibly an aviation movie on the side of the hangar, and other impromptu activities.

SAT 9/28/08 FLY-IN DAY

8:00AM Breakfast served until 10AM (or until its gone)

Menu: Pancakes, Sausage, Bacon, Eggs, Coffee

8:00AM General Admission open

8:30AM Airport tram starts operating

8:30AM Shuttle from motel to airport

9:00AM (or when fog burns off) Planes start arriving

Registration for aircraft owners/pilots

11:00AM Lunch - served by The Hanover College

Menu: Chili, hot dogs, peanut butter sandwiches, cookies

5:00PM General Admission closes

6:30PM Dinner at airport for those spending the night

Menu: Pizza & Beer

SUN 9/30/07

10:00AM Shuttle from motel to airport

10:00AM General Admission opens

NOON General Admission closes
